Bushcraft Home Education Course in Kinver, Near Stourbridge

We’re proud to offer dynamic outdoor learning experiences tailored specifically for home-educated children. Located in the beautiful surroundings of Kinver, near Stourbridge, our courses bring home-ed students together for sociable, hands-on adventures that are as fun as they are educational.

Introducing Course: Bushcraft Home Education Adventure (over a six week period)

 

Designed for ages 12-16, our bushcraft course is an exciting introduction to survival skills and outdoor exploration. From mastering fire-lighting techniques to building shelters and learning first aid, this course immerses students in nature, fostering independence, teamwork and problem-solving skills.

Each day introduces a new challenge, culminating in a final team-based test where participants apply their skills in a supportive and rewarding environment. Whether it's navigating through nature or cooking over a fire, this course is about building confidence, resilience and friendships with like-minded peers.

  • Week 2: Water collection, purification, and practical cooking.

  • Week 3: First aid training, covering CPR, injury treatment and outdoor safety.

  • Week 4: Team challenge day, combining all learned skills for a thrilling final test.

 

This course is led by expert, DBS checked instructors who ensure a safe, engaging and rewarding experience for every participant.
